The Lady Bearcats begin postseason play tonight as they will take on the Pope Co. Lady Pirates in a Regional Semi-Final game at the IHSA 1A Gallatin Co. Regional. Tip-Off is scheduled for 6:00 PM.

Admission is $8 and tickets are available at the door.

Hard-fought game tonight at CHS! The night was filled with excitement from start to finish as our basketball team battled it out on the court and gave it their all. A huge congratulations to Landon Sveda on scoring his 1,000th career point — what an incredible accomplishment and milestone! The band set the tone, the Star-Spangled Banner was beautifully performed by the chorus, and the Jr. Bearcats proudly showed off the skills they’ve been working so hard on each week. The cheerleaders did an amazing job as always, bringing energy and spirit to the crowd. What a great night to be a Bearcat! 🧡💙🐾

CHS celebrated Valentines Day with a special party for all the Seniors and Tricia put on a party for all the other students and staff! ❤️Thank you to Mrs. Gossett for organizing and making sure it was a special day for the Class of 2026!🧡💙

The Lady Bearcats are the top seed in the regional and will play the winner of Joppa-Maple Grove and Pope Co. on Monday February 16 at 6:00 PM at Gallatin Co. High School.

The Boys Basketball Senior Night Game against Zeigler-Royalton scheduled for Friday February 20, 2026 has been rescheduled for Thursday February 19, 2026. The JV will play at 6:00 PM with Senior Night Recognition following the JV game. The Varsity game will be played after the Senior Night Recognition.

The game was rescheduled due to the conflict with the IHSA 1A Gallatin Co. Girls Basketball Regional Championship which is scheduled for Friday February 20, 2026.

This is a reminder that CHS will Dismiss at 2:00 PM on Wednesday February 11, 2026.
