Congratulations to the following students who have been accepted into this year's ILMEA District 6 Music Festival. On Saturday, November 22, these students will get to perform with hundreds of other talented musicians in Southern Illinois. We are so proud of you!

Important compliance information from our District Nurse!
The Illinois State Board of Education requires the following:
Current School Physical/Immunizations
Early Childhood, Pre-K, Kindergarten, 6th grade, 9th grade, 12th grade and any out of state transfers into the district.
Eye Exam
Kindergarten
Students must be compliant by October 15, 2025, to remain eligible to attend school. If your child is non-compliant, they will receive a letter and phone call from the school nurse. If you have questions, please contact our district nurse.
The Lady Bearcats are back in action today as they will travel to Zeigler-Royalton for the Class M Regional Championship Game. First pitch is scheduled for 4:30 PM.

Good Luck to the Bearcat Softball Team as they will take on Pinckneyville in the Class M Regional Semi-Final. Today's game will start at 4:30 PM. The game will be played at the Oasis Sports Complex in Marion behind the Mall and Wal-Mart. The girls will be playing on Field A4(Red/Blue Turf).
Outside food and drinks are not allowed. There will be a concession stand available.

Due to the weather expected this evening, the Softball and Baseball Regional Games have been PPD. Both games have been rescheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday September 24 and will be played at the Oasis Sports Complex in Marion.
Baseball will play Zeigler-Royalton at 4:00 PM and Softball will play Pinckneyville at 4:30 PM.
Information on which field each team will play on will be sent when we receive it.
