The 2025 Southern IL Construction Career Expo was held on September 23 at the Exhibition Hall Building at the Du Quoin Fairgrounds This expo is designed to give students real “hands-on” experiences with the construction trades. Most trade unions were represented such as construction workers, boiler makers, iron workers, heavy equipment operators, electricians, plumbers, drywallers, painters, etc. Mr. Fletcher and his students had a great time exploring various career paths.
