Guided Reading

We are reading "I'm a Caterpillar" this week in our reading books.  Students will bring home their books to practice their story on Monday and Tuesday this week.  We will have the test on Wednesday!

Monday- Making Words Sheet

Friday-Test!

Our test will consist of our five spelling words along with five rhyming words for "not".

Writing Block

We are writing more independently now!  Students are writing in their writing notebooks daily.  I will give them a topic to write about, but sometimes they will come up with their own!  They are doing a great job sounding out words, starting with a capital letter, and ending with the correct punctuation!

Monday- Ch. 5 Test

Tuesday- Sums through 14

Wednesday- Sums through 16

Thursday- Sums through 18

Friday- Prob Solving/Check Your Progress

Social Studies/Science 

We are reading our February Weekly Readers this week along with our National Geographic and discussing the information inside!  We will also read other books related to the different topics!
